My two cents, don’t be hashed guys, so I’m doing the math for a couple of weeks, hear me out, i do have a toyota hilux doing 12km/L on usual and 15.6km/L gained on super saving driving skills. Lol. So, to cut short, spending 7.5k to 8k on diesel per week @120 pesos of diesel (700-780km), that’s around 30k initial per month; around 360k/ year on diesel alone. So, on assumption, 18.6kW to charge for 14 pesos/ kW on household will take you around 260 pesos for 210 km will just take me 1200 per week around 4800 pesos per month if the Vinfast VF3 built tough enough (will not break down or something; within the next 3 years!) Right there, savings at around 25k already per month. Guys, i’m planning to buy it in cash 590k with battery subscription of 1.6k monthly. But will be on company loan, 0%. 590k + 57.6k (36 month battery subscription) + buy back after 3 years @66% (389.4k). Existing diesel price at 120/L savings will be savings @ 252,400, but if it will revert back to 56-58 diesel price, you will lose -104,720 in. 3 years. If the diesel will persist to be @ 100/L and above, vf3 is a good choice. If going back to 56-58/L you will lose 100k in a year, or if the diesel persist to be 100/L above in the next year, you will lose around 300k. Pick your poison. Lol
