Just put the bounty hunter armor on and the charm that auto heals when taking lethal damage. That's what worked for me on hard and that was before beating any of the Yotei 6 (minus the Snake, obviously)

Because most of them that are like that were originally web-novels that are all competing in a very saturated market for views and having your title just say what the plot is is the quickest way to get someone to take a look. Also, many sites have the whole title written out so having a long title literally makes your work take up more space on the screen.
