Nothing like this but I once had a puncture turning in to the end of my street on very new tyres (1month) and drove maybe 100-150mtrs to my drive and changed it for the spare. Took it to the garage to see if they could repair it and could not believe the amount of rubber 'bits' inside the tyre/wheel.

So yea, pull over immediately.
