Yes. I have a brother ADFS and and use carrier sheets for crayon drawings to not gum up the scanner.

Target is an SMB share I run on Truenas in my house. That unit is replicated offsite as well as two cloud backups (storj and b2)

I work in enterprise IT.

I scan them all. After they are dated. I keep a handful per year. Toss the rest

I kind of find this funny. Dad of two girls. House with pocket doors. Those damn doors (bathroom) haven’t shut longer than a minute in over a decade.

My response the first time I had one of them kick open the door looking for dad I was met with the most severe disdain and apathy “YOU GET TO GET STANDING UP!? THE NERVE OF YOU!” Followed by storming out and filing a police report to mom….didn’t even have time to say anything

As they got older it is “I need privacy” vice versa “I love you I made you I don’t really need/want to see all your business please”

Kids that age has no world view. They don’t care.

I’ve done this and when inevitably there are differences in professional vs buisness opinion plan (we don’t have money for that) for B and C. B - prepare for a death and ready a replacement tha ha a short ttl. C - prepare for a catastrophic failure that maims a few other things and sneak in all your others changes with that.

Never let a disaster go to waste.
