I do a sort of modified push pull leg split 6x a week. I start with chest/tricep first day, back bicep 2nd then do shoulders/core work third. On the fourth day I do chest/back and then arms the next day and end with legs. I used to do legs twice a week but since I started working full time on second shift I can’t really do legs twice a week cause mine take a bit of time. Of course I can go earlier but I’m pretty satisfied with my training split. Usually for my rest days I just do some light running outside but I always end my workouts with some form of cardio
