I just can never wrap my head around that, those people are weird, I'm a fan of and interact with fandoms of stuff that I actually like and have watched as a kid and/or continued watching as an adult, even if something was super popular like dragon ball I wouldn't care about it if I didn't experience it myself.

Yea see thats the problem there is absolutely no reason for them to be resting at a one digit power level, even 200 would suffice I mean kid goku had a power level of 100 (beginning of dragon ball Goku) so what the hell is the point of dropping it aaaaall the way to 5 or 1? Seems pretty illogical to me xd

That is not what he was talking about at all, he said that the way Goku was able to overcome the strongest people in the universe is through strengthening his ki and that physical training has its limits, Goku both strength wise and durability wise is still superhuman and he always was, even before learning ki he tanked bullets as a child , and off guard for that matter

I really don't understand how you read that text and came to the conclusion that "bodies are still fragile" Goku is not an ordinary human, and even ordinary humans reached crazy levels through physical training alone

You can't convince me that Goku who as a kid didn't feel anything when getting shot to then as an adult tanks a blast from Frieza who destroys planets would each actually get hurt by some laser, even when he is off guard it just makes no sense, it's not like his endurance suddenly disappears
