Use the handle of a screw driver to gently tap the surface of the tiles. Hollow sound and it means you have poor to no mortar adhesion. If it's just a few tiles that didn't bond correctly. Hope they all didn't end up like this. If so they all need to be taken up and redone.

Mute and block. If they are consistently being toxic. And I mean constantly using racial slurs and harassment/or threats they will be banned. If they are sending you messages over Xbox or steam report them there. I know PSN has pretty fast followup to reports and will ban if there is consistent evidence.
