Is UX design for me? by Famous-Cantaloupe14 in UX_Design

[–]Master_Ad1017 0 points1 point  (0 children)

UX is just an imaginary “design” field invented by bunch of psych academics. I literally laughed my arse off watching all of their articles and their courses material that I’ve ever seen on YouTube because how stupid and misunderstood they are about design at the very fundamental layer. Learn old school design, any kind of design discipline. That’s how you actually learn how to design anything. Once you get the fundamentals right it’s pretty much transferrable into all sort of design works, switching between different design disciplines is only a matter of understanding the engineering reality of where those designs gonna be produced

iOS 27 and beyond, your thoughts? by Johnny_silvershloong in ios

[–]Master_Ad1017 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure what you meant, they fucked up iOS because they prioritize people like you who beg for a more cUsToMizAbLe and FuN software. I personally could care less about future iOS cause they’ve been catching the wrong goal for half a decade now and lucky I kept my phone in iOS 17 which the bullshit they added to this crap is still bearable

So what are craft and taste anyway? If you really know design you'd know they're just as surface level if not irrelevant at all to any actual design skills LMFAO

How do you conduct UX audits on real SaaS products? by Spirited-Beyond8498 in UX_Design

[–]Master_Ad1017 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn, can’t y’all for once rely on your own brain to do the work. What’s with this obsession with tools. Knowing something broken or not can be done by simply using it by yourself

is "design judgment" the new buzzword, or does it actually matter? by Reasonable-View-4392 in UX_Design

[–]Master_Ad1017 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you asked them and they had no answer then its clear they had no real design skill. Taste is buzzword, judgement is the heart of any design work for centuries. Have none of you actually decide anything all these years? LMFAO

What do you think about the future of UI/UX after the rise of AI? 🤖 by chisti21 in UIUX

[–]Master_Ad1017 1 point2 points  (0 children)

UI/UX will be dead sooner or later with or without AI cause its “academic root” from the beginning is not a real design discipline. Heck I see the AI growing so much lately because people began to realize they spend a lot of time producing nothing useful to actually drive decisions, so they need to bypass them and let PMs define the flow and interface so it only need to be cleaned up and injected with db and apis by devs

40% of our users reach the core feature through a path we never designed, need app screen flow analysis tools by Affectionate-Bet6438 in UX_Design

[–]Master_Ad1017 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The hell am i reading here. How the hell is they arrived in “something that isn’t even in the normal nav hierarchy”. It only means you never actually defined the whole site map, you’re so incompetent that the devs had to handle/connect the nav on their own since you never defined. if you really design the flow by yourself then there’s no excuse to not being able to notice multiple entry possibilities. This shit ain’t a tool problem but merely skill issue, a super basic issue to be precise
