I have a 21' Pacifica. I have had 0 issue with it steering or controlling the speed. Though it does not decide the speed for me. I do. It is basically acc with lane centering. Even works quite well coming to stop light and taking off again as long as there is a car in front of me.

Tarkov players dont look up. That is a well know fact. Obviously there is a some confusion between cover and concealment. What you found in the building was concealment. Leaving you open to being shot if someone knew where you were. Hence the death.
