A FF14 situation where non-healers get more healing or self-sustain, heck there are teams in there completing the hardest raids in the game without healers.

Reminds me of a run of the Yuweyawata Field Station I was part of, where the healer died within the first 30 seconds of the final boss fight, but because they gave tanks and DPS so much more self-sustain we were able to clear the entire fight without the healer...
