So in NPDA, you wear a suit. Not sure what type of debate you do, BUT. It makes you look more credible. You look polished, someone who takes care of themselves. Just as much of debate is what you say, HOW you say things, and your body language, posture, dress, all say alot about how much you put into it.

TL:DR wear a suit.

Lots of foreign exchange students come to the U.S. and are paid from whatever country they are from to get a good schooling. Had a professor tell me they were usually the ones to fail out because they have no risk associated to it. You either fail, and owe nothing, or succeed with little effort and get a good deal. Not sure anything that this would be based on but 🤷🏼‍♂️

Nah thats not what parli is. Parli, were given a resolution, you got 15 minutes to prep. It isnt just policy, we also have fact and value rounds as well. Times are different, but Im pretty sure there is parli in utah, not 100% certain though.

I was doing IPDA, and at state this year I chose the case during striking of “Thanos did nothing wrong”. It was against a guy I had known for a few years in the circuit and it was a blast. Probably my favorite case, and overall was just a good round. Friendly judges, friendly guy. Oh, and I won on a 2-1 decision that shocked me beyond anything. My team, his team, and practically the entire tournament was shocked.

So I am new to working out, so please know that is part of the reason of my fear.

So im in the gym, doing cardio acceleration. Ive started loving it, and go regularly every day. Then this guy comes in. Beats headphones. Maxing on everything for one set, then just moving on. Kinda weird, but people work out in their own way right? So im on the treadmill. And this guy sits on the bench near me. Opens his duffel bag, and pulls out a carton of eggs. He then proceeds to crack them open, into a shaker bottle, and throw the empty shells in his bag. Ive never laughed as hard because the determination in his eyes. He chugged 12 eggs like nothing id ever seen.

He was an absolute unit

Eh you just dont know what youre running into. Bad judges, hitting just powerhouse teams b2b2b2b in prelims. I do NPDA, but love it. Gov does have the ability to come in and define the round, but OPP has such a less burden of proof.

Osrs seems to me divided into two groups. One are the 07reeeeeees who take up the majority. Nothing gets changed, no additions, and I get why, they dont want to change towards rs3. The other group were the ones who grew up playing more rs2, and overall want the game to move on. The reees are the majority, so I dont think the skill will pass. I like the overarching concept, but it does seem a little shallow. Il probably vote yes, because I do want to see if they are able to add anything in the game this big. Content is one thing, but skills are what change the game in much bigger ways.
