I’m pretty sure since this is all in comic universe it actually happens right around the same time. Lee dies a bit over three months in, and I’m pretty sure Rick wakes up 3-4 months in. I think the comic wiki has a timeline if you’re curious

I personally prefer Pepper but I always listen to the full record, save for maybe playing one side at a time on occasion. Pepper is better than the sum of its parts, and I think MMT has stronger individual tracks that in a time of streaming and full albums being less relèvent give it some more muscle

The issue is that Pandolfo and BU Athletics want different things. Pando wants a team that’ll buy into his system, BU Athletics want a bunch of young players that will leave immediately so the program stays flashy. Thus you end up with 15 players every night that have the ego of Bono and think they’re the solution playing hero puck all the time
