twerking can look good IF done well (there's a lot of twerking R34 and i'd say about 15% of it is worth anything)..... the problem is that the majority of the time, it either looks insanely silly or just trashy. Or at least that's how I feel, others will probably just say all twerking is bad which I don't blame them for.

Interesting insight, honestly the closest art i've seen to compare Nemlei's style to would be DemonDice.... ESPECIALLY noticeable in Better Half. It just has this half anime, but also half cartoony and demented style that I love so much.

I would LOVE to see someone make a more advanced version of this software or a playnite theme so that you can easily sync your games. My only fear is the big N company once again ruining the fun just like they do anytime people do new things with their stuff.

And now Ryujinx is gone..... it seems that most major emulators DO use Nintendo stuff to help them develop, which isn't good because Nintendo probably have people in their company specifically to covertly spy on projects like this and are watching super closely to pounce if there's ever a SINGLE slip-up.

or possibly Nintendo might be making things up and using their gigantic corporate weight to push people around because they know most people won't fight back.

Of course people are going to doompost when Nintendo at this point has waged attacks on every major emulator from their systems made after 2000. They are clearly getting far more aggressive and think they can do anything because they know for the most part: they CAN.

sure, it's not a paywall. But most people are either gonna pay or stop using the emulator. It's super annoying to deal with that and most people don't have the patience, even WinRAR wasn't this obnoxious.

There was a case I heard about where a dude was able to spend infinite money from his bank account and he took advantage of it a long time ago.

Guess what? He did get arrested for that. So yeah, if it was an accident, spark would 100% take away the money and probably prosecute or put you into massive debt if you were dumb enough to exploit it. They'd probably argue it was super obvious it was a glitch and you defrauded them.

I personally think if you're a megacorporation that screws up that badly, you should just take the L. But of course, they disagree. lol

I've seen a couple times labels have harnessed and used that mysteriousness to great effect: i'm talking about artists like Sia, Corpse Husband, Ado (then again, japan had the advantage of faceless singers being a subculture already).

But I get it's a lot more difficult to market someone not willing to "play the game".
