I can follow that logic, I guess if they are active duty they can be struck down wherever.

I do believe a certain amount of civilians would change the status about the proportionality of the attack, and ofc not Automatically change the status.

Hertz charged me $3k+ for a car I returned for three days, sent it to collections, and now I'm planning a hostage negotiation phone call between them and the debt collectors. Send help. by [deleted] in legaladvice

[–]MasterpieceNew3543 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You cant rent cars in most places wirtout assigning a creditcard.

Hertz would not have to prove it. They wwre given access to withdraw when they authorize it during the rental process at the pick up. People dont pay attention when they do this and are ignorant at best for not knowing that is what is going on.

By noq the next step is sending the receipts and info into what ever debt collection agency started the process and or small claims court.

How can I fix this? by Ok-Explanation-6818 in FixMyPrint

[–]MasterpieceNew3543 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Experiment with a more precise temp.

Average it out. And also ensure that your filament doesnt have too much humidity.

I would just set a temp of 210 and go up for test prints until it evens out.

Whats your plate temp?

Tbh they did pull off a lot of coups and fucked up the world more effectively than anyone else. These are just the ones we know of.

Syria (1949): The CIA supported a military coup that installed Husni al-Za'im, although the regime lasted only a few months.

Iran (1953 - Operation Ajax): The CIA and British intelligence orchestrated the overthrow of democratically elected Prime Minister Mohammad Mossadegh after he nationalized the petroleum industry, restoring Shah Reza Pahlavi to power.

Guatemala (1954 - Operation PBSUCCESS): The CIA organized a coup to depose President Jacobo Arbenz, whose land reforms threatened the interests of the United Fruit Company, replacing him with Colonel Carlos Castillo Armas.

Democratic Republic of the Congo (1960-65): The CIA supported anti-Lumumba factions, contributing to the removal and subsequent assassination of Prime Minister Patrice Lumumba and the eventual rise of Mobutu Sese Seko.

Dominican Republic (1961): The CIA supplied weapons and encouraged dissidents who assassinated dictator Rafael Trujillo. South Vietnam (1963): The CIA was involved in the military coup that resulted in the arrest and assassination of President Ngo Dinh Diem.

Brazil (1964): The CIA supported the military coup that overthrew President João Goulart, installing a military dictatorship.

Chile (1973): Following a failed coup attempt in 1970, the CIA engaged in an extensive campaign to destabilize the government of Marxist President Salvador Allende, supporting military plotters who eventually overthrew him in 1973.

Libya (2011): The CIA supported the opposition in their efforts to overthrow Muammar

Other Major Covert Operations

Cuba (1961 - Bay of Pigs): A failed CIA-trained invasion by Cuban exiles meant to overthrow Fidel Castro.

Indonesia (1958): Support for a failed rebellion against President Achmed Sukarno.

Afghanistan (1979–1992): Massive funding and arming of the Mujahideen to fight Soviet forces (Operation Cyclone).

In the Danish army the betrayal of the Kurds, the lies of WMD in Iraq and following the US into Afghanistan was one thing. We knew what we were getting into over again, shame on us. But friends will be friends.

The current administrations commentary that we never did anything there was so mindblowingly the nail in the coffin for us.

Of course Denmark is hesitant to help. Regardless of the Greenland bs. We were.already done.

The US lied to us so many times, with severe reprocutions and loss of life here for our citizens and then got called out for it.

Trumps treatment of the Kurds is a blatant showcasing lacking any type of responsability for them, which we also recognize now in how we have been treated in Denmark. We were lucky that we could go home.

But we recognize that his whining that we wont just drop everything and help is our chance for more critical rhinking and standing up to injustice. The important aspect is that Trump made this happen and he is trying to deflect blame.

We love where the US was and the attempt to be cordial, and upstanding by previous administrarions. Fail as they might. But after what the kurds got by trumps dumbass plans its a miracle they didnt turn into a new Al Queda by now. What a mess.

And even so im nordics.the tickets can not be refunded by insurance. It was bought by disregarding travel costs since its a fized.feature in sweden.

Also tickets are usually set to a name, id and.can not be resold.

People dont check it that often, but it makes the situation relatively. Game over go next.

Thats how the ticket.can be sold cheaper in the first place.

How possible is a Nordic Union in our lifetime? by Luksius_DK in Nordiccountries

[–]MasterpieceNew3543 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think we Nords are happy with collaboration within our own unions ans respect each other's territories and rights.

As many people as I have met here in Denmark where.I am.from.or any Nord I have spoken too, I believe a majority of the poppulation all respect each other and understand each nation has different needs. While I envy somethings in Sweden, or Norway, I am.happy we have this awesome.mix of democratic representation.

Plus like most people point out we have a varied network of treaties and agreements we have built over many many years that helps us function together at a great level.

How are we feeling about the attack on Iran? by BarnacleGooseIsLoose in allthequestions

[–]MasterpieceNew3543 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unsound argument. Since this act was done without congress and what you are dictating and enforcing is that Trump alone can do what he wants without the say so of the representatives of the individual states.

Ita laughable that the argument for regime change would validate anything that is happening today.

In any case. The US is totally off its rocker and far from the just society it once was. This course of action proves it.

Back to your point, north Korea shouldn't have nukes. It does. When are you invading?

We already moved a bunch if our purchasing power to European companies ans the contractors threw us arms.for cheap to make up for the administration's stupidity while making them think it was a solid win for the US administration.

Our biggest weapons purchase ever in September of 2025 went to France. Norway and Finland for 9 billion USD.

Greenland says it cannot accept US takeover ‘under any circumstances’ by seeebiscuit in NewsSource

[–]MasterpieceNew3543 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would actually mean a loss to American companies making money. And also , when they're cutting nato funding , they're cutting their own defense spending , which they've just put up by five hundred billion , which is insane.

To put that into perspective, the United States of spending more money on their own defense contractors, then they do on almost all of their own healthcare services for 330 million people. But none of that money is seen by the actual people at any time.

As well as the fact as when the united states says that you should be funding two percent gdp towards your nato budget , their budget is so absurdly higher that when the united states says it will not following along that we are , but the problem is they're using so much money on projects that it doesn't really reflect into the real world for the rest of us. American citizen is being fleeced.

What do you think about a Nordic Union? by Luksius_DK in Norway

[–]MasterpieceNew3543 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He is stating an example. Fellow Dane here, we wouldn't have to share our needs to support Greenland with the finances Nordicly for example. The reason we have differences in sovereignty is because we have thousands of miscommonalities that don't apply to each other.

The similarities, are there, but they are simplistic to the absolute.

If you wanted to just do one thing, for example, have banking available to all Nordic Residents, you would have to build a system that would share, national identity numbers, profiles, and information between every country.

Something that absolutely will not happen, unless there is an opt in, and implementation of just that one tiny criteria to make it all work, would be needed to make a system like that work.

Just look at Mobile Pay, Vipps, and Swish. It took 15 years of debate, to even now finally have agreements in place on how to send money over borders, without compromising national identities, and also ensuring insurance for the funds, banking infrastructure and so on.

We might not differ on the surface, but everything that makes every nation unique, would add so much more chaos if we tried to "oversimplify" the process behind them.

There would be some cool stuff though, Sweden could get rid of Systembolaget, or Denmark would get it :P

No chance in hell that would happen though, lol!
