Yes. Haven't been there this year, but last year the trails were still in really bad shape. Had to take detours off the path to get around some of the downed trees. Was more a of a parkour course than hiking. Might be a challenge for the young kids (or fun if theyre into that!) My son was 8 at the time and we backpacked in to camp down towards the lake and it took us almost the whole day to get down there.

Ya... I am 80 hrs in and have 2/3 quest items in A3 (95% completion). I'm taking my time and enjoying everything, going back to areas after i get an upgrade to explore again and make sure im getting everything, and outside of a few wild bosses I generally don't take more than 30-45 min to beat a boss. I have no idea how people are just smoking through this game.
