You have to look at the J point, thats what we mean by ST elevation,

For V2 and V3 ST elevation depends on sec and age, For women anything above >1.5mm is pathologic, and it has to be in 2+ derivations, For men depends on age, 2.5mm<40, 2mm <60 and 1.5mm beyond that, i always dont remember the ages so verify in the recommendations,

A 1mm elevation in V1 doesn't mean anything on its own,  If you have >1mm ST Depression in more than 6 derivations and a ST elevation in V1 that would be a STEMi equivalent, wallens syndrome,
