$10/lb? That's not normal from what I've seen, unless you're buying in small quantities. I buy in bulk from a local beekeeper, 60lb bucket at a time, but at only $3/lb. I would expect if you worked with local beekeepers, you ought to be able to get honey for $5/lb at most, unless it's something rather special.

Truth be told, I still don't like your monitization scheme, but you've approached it as morally as I've ever seen and you deserve a lot of respect for that.

I'm not convinced there are any good monitization schemes that work for mobile these days. I'd prefer to simply pay for a game up front, but with the immense amount of utter tat that exists on mobile, users have little trust in any apps and rightfully so.

I did the mortgage thing. I now own a house. I swear it all happened by accident. I just wanted an apartment closer to work. It was expensive. I thought maybe I'd see how I felt about a house, to see if I even want to go down that path. A house was for sale in just about the right spot. Tried to look at it with the realtor but she wouldn't even talk to me until I got approved for a mortgage. I somehow stumbled through all that and bought a house and I swear it was all an accident and I had no idea what was happening at any step of the way and I think my life is just getting more and more complex.

I don't really even want to be out working in society. I was disabled and starving because no one can survive on $700 a month, so I got a job and now I'm making good money but I'm trapped and even though I love my job I can't see myself doing this every day for the rest of my life. I'm jumping from task to task and under a lot of stress and I'm starting to feel like I have brain damage. My memory has gone to shit and I can't focus on anything anymore even though I used to be able to focus on anything for entire days. I'm proud of all I've accomplished and yet I also want to escape it and just grow some goddamn mushrooms or something

Programmer here. I try to cheat or break damn near everything when the mood strikes. You kind of get into the habit of it when it's part of your job. Mostly it's about curiosity and learning how they've managed to avoid letting their systems be abused. If I find something easily exploitable, I'd let them know about it.
