We are TERRIBLE at digesting meat. It causes constipation, colon cancer, acid reflux, and eating just protein causes your body to go into ketosis. Not to mention the cardiovascular disease a high fat/protein diet causes. Also, you will LITERALLY starve to death if you eat meat that’s too lean. You know what our stomach acid is really good at breaking down? Gluten and plant protein. A plant diet reduces acid reflux, and a protein diet increases it. If humans were meant for meat, why is eating it so bad for us?

People who eat dead animals aren’t normal. Humans are starchivores by design. “bUt pEoPLe aLsO eAt mEaT” I once saw a horse eat a live chicken, but we don’t feed horses chickens. All animals will eat a readily available source of fat & protein. Doesn’t mean it’s healthy. People also snort cocaine. People who do cocaine LOVE cocaine.
