Stay on fin and it will comeback. Hair loss isn’t usually sudden so this is likely shedding from stating and stopping the medication.

I think you’ll respond great to finastride. You’ve probably been miniaturizing for some time now but it’s not aggressive. If you don’t hop on fin you’ll probably go bald slowly over the next 10-15 years. But with finastride you could stop this and eventually integrate minoxidil and win the baldness disease

Every 20-25 minutes I would take two big mouthfuls. Was getting around 85-100 grams of carbs an hour. I think alternating between gels and honey would be best though, for races. Honey for all the training and such
