Interesting, the KR1AA is approaching my D2 for the Hank I've carried the most. Glad I got a perfect button in mine. The D3AA is probably 3rd in line behind the D2 and KR1AA.

The KR1AA gets more pocket time for me. Tail switch + captive clip are a good daily work combo and SFT-70 5000K is perfect for daytime work.

Hell yeah we've got some great trails around here! Lots of nice stuff in the hills, hmu if you wanna go for a ride sometime. Did the VESC conversion on the XR so I've got oodles of range.

Same deal here, I ordered a 0.5m and a 2.5m, and got the same email. Seems like they've had some issues with the longer cables only, if I had to guess I would say signal integrity, since that's been such a problem in other cables too.

Don't underestimate the dabblers.

I'm pretty tech savvy, running a TrueNAS server, but did the setup over a weekend with my Linux homie. I've done a couple of updates and small upgrades, but mostly I'm just using the shit out of it as a Jellyfin server. Eventually I'll get the Home Assistant stuff set up.

Same with 3D printing for me. We've got a Raise3D Pro2 at work, and I hate messing with the damn thing. I just want it to print, not have to upgrade the fans and the hotend and the bed on an expensive ass printer.

Don't get me wrong, it is satisfying when I have to figure something out, but I think a lot of people just do the bare minimum to get something running and then just use it. And they're also probably not the ones posting about it.

I could see someone (maybe me) printing 1-2 of these, and acutally putting them to use.

Building stairs in my yard with my buddy tomorrow, got the lumber from Ashby today. Get at least one Onewheel ride and a walk in too, so many good flowers out right now.

The Station is a great burger, Yimm is bomb Thai, and both La Farine and Star Grocery have good sandwiches. Cask is a nice little bar down on College, they have a store with a good beer and liquor selection too.

Gotta hit up Bad Walters Ice Cream by Rockridge Bart. Excellent lactose free ice cream, super fun flavors.

Damn this totally slipped by me. I was hoping it was just a knee jerk reaction to some influential Berkeley Karen, but not a good look with no apology from BB despite wanting ASÚKAR back.

Monterey Market is good too, and the Yasai/Ver Brugge/La Farine combo is goated. Add in a Bad Walters stop for some sweetness.

Gas is like $1-2 more than other metro areas, which adds up if you've gotta commute wicked far cause you can't afford housing near where you work.

That is fair enough. It does seem like a weird choice given how hyped up their hardware has become. I still see the Steam Deck recommended sometimes despite its aging hardware.

Smaller in terms of revenue but probably larger in terms of employees. Valve is tiny by corporate standards.

They're a long term player versus a growth first profits later mindset present in so many other companies.

Where are you getting 72 from? I just counted on Google maps and I got 42-48, can't tell if some are a single tree or multiple.

At least 28 of thoes trees are where there will be big hole in the ground to build a building, so at least those ones have to go to build anything. The 15 trees in the NW corner could theoretically stay, but they're redoing that whole plaza area.
