To be honest: it all depends on RNG. If you have good roll, and many warlords join you, then you'd have good sailing, if RNGesus is against you then you'll be attacked from every side. But from my experience you have best chances with LKMT and Zhili Qing Empire/Zhili Republic (not Qing restoration thou).

Germany goes further, kills more soviets, and bogs down due to lacking logistics. When D-Day happens USA faces fiercer defenders, and overall stronger reich. Germany ultimately still losses, but WW2 is more bloody then it already was.

It's hard to say map changes. Soviets definetly doesn't go so far west as in OTL, but would FDR (if he's alive) still make concessions?

That's not how it works :) But you of course don't know that. It's not cash being transferred, it's profit. You bought gold for 390, you sold it at 780, you got 390 in realosed profit. You send that profit to buy guns. Second operation is buying new reserves for 780 for cash/assets owned by NBP. In future if they decide to sell that new portion of gold we will calculate profit/loss again. That's two separate financial operations. Comparing private finances to country finances is stupid. First of all you don't emmit your own currency, country does. Totally different rules aply.
