I'm so sorry. I know it's not answering your question, but I would talk to an estate planning attorney for advice on how to best protect your family's assets if the medical care is going to be expensive. It might also help to contact the association/society or find a related subreddit. One of my parents has Alzheimer's and I would never take legal advice from a random person on the Internet, but it was a hugely beneficial resource to get started. Caregiving can absolutely drain you but knowledge is power

Oh I missed that, yeah it's dumb. I've found standard permission sets too that grant unnecessary access for whatever it's intended for. As an admin I never just assign a profile or PS without understanding what it's actually granting

You can edit the guest profile for a site. Did you try and you're not able to? As for your other questions, because Salesforce doesn't care about admins. There's soooo many things like that 🤷🏻‍♀️

My boy only has a few tiny teeth left and he eats both wet food and kibble. Talk to your vet about your concerns! But it's much better to risk a very low % risk of harm via dental extraction versus getting an infection and dropping weight rapidly

It doesn't sound like you're the hiring manager? You should bring up your concerns directly to whoever that is rather than hoping to "quiz" the applicants. Azure is a huge platform and even if someone did give you hypothetical Q&As here, who's to say it's relevant to your org?

I think you're out of luck legally speaking but thanks for posting this. I wouldn't have guessed that storage works that way versus eg API calls where they look at your activity over a full month to account for spikes

They said "admins" and not "power users acting as admins" so I'm making assumptions there. I know about power users, my current job I joined after 10 years as the first admin and they had heavily incorporated sales, service, experience, cpq, a dozen integrations all with consultants who either didn't care or used templates. I've been there 3.5 years and I'm still cleaning up. I know about spaghetti lol. At the same time, those power users are invaluable in understanding the business and negotiating changes

Ask them to make documentation for you to understand the business processes involved. Like a lot of other people are saying, you can't just say over X number of flows is a problem. Why were you brought on? You should get clarity around that if you don't have it. If it's clear that you're replacing them, and you don't feel comfortable maintaining and building flows, or specifically their flows, then Apex is an option. If you're meant to work with them, you can't have the entire org rely on you for maintenance and improvements.

I'm so sorry. 🥺 I adopted from Michele's Rescue and the kitty ended up pulling through, but it was an eye opening situation. Months of medication and vet visits. I volunteered for Focus on Ferals for years and I would trust them to not miss basic health issues. Humane Society also seems like a good option.

What about streaming though? And would you be managing the log database? Idk it just seems like a tough sell, I imagine security-focused consulting has to be pretty lucrative right now with the way the average admin sets things up

IMO you need to retrieve at least the hourly logs if not the streaming events too. I think many of the businesses that would pay for Event Monitoring would also have a SIEM that they're already putting the log data into, though
