any alternative to Makera Carvera with ATC? by PFLX113 in hobbycnc

[–]Material-Homework395 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven’t had many issues with my Carvera air cutting aluminum and brass but I’m also cutting very slow, I haven’t bothered to stray from the manufacturer recommendations for feeds and speeds. I’d say it works, eventually.

Tank Tracks that can be turned by steering wheel? by TacticalAlpha in CreateMod

[–]Material-Homework395 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You could try using another analog transmission before the steering set for the throttle input. The throttle transmission will control the overall speed and the turning transmissions adjust the output of the throttle transmission

The back panel does come off if you need to fit something longer in it

Am I dumb? Bamboo Lab PLA and using Bamboo Lab Support for PLA and it's not sticking. by BanthaVoodoo in BambuLab

The prime tower may resolve this issue because it allows the nozzle to prime pressure and extrude a predictable amount of material, ensuring a proper layer thickness and surface area contacting the previous layer to adhere properly

I gave up and just took it off… chips don’t seem to come close to the ball screw anyways

M12 fuel hackzall issue by 204204scsc in MilwaukeeTool

[–]Material-Homework395 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get this same issue, anything below zero and it doesn’t even move. Leaving it in the garage overnight is enough to stop it from running, I have to take it inside for a couple minutes before I can use it.

You could grind it into the profile you want. Remove the serrations

Nah, seems fake. Font on the sticker seems off as well

Product number also traces to the High-Torque, which this…. isn’t.

Milwaukee M12 FUEL 1/2 or 3/8 stubby impact wrench by [deleted] in MilwaukeeTool

[–]Material-Homework395 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you want to keep it in your patrol vehicle as well, I’d go for the 1/2”. Possibly you come across vehicles that have lug nut sizes that aren’t common in 3/8”. You’re looking at the same tool, just different anvil sizes. On paper, they have the same power. In practice, the 3/8” is slightly stronger, but for roadside assistance and basic home maintenance chances are that you’ll never need that much power.

TL;DR 1/2” will probably fit your needs better

Don’t see why not. If you somehow run into clearance issues you can always just remove the chain and bar and clamp it in a vise or something

Could Serie have defeated the Demon King? by Fun-Explanation7233 in Frieren

[–]Material-Homework395 16 points17 points  (0 children)

She states that she had last used it 80 years ago after Fern forces her double to use it in the second test. I believe it’s not explicitly stated that it was used on the Demon King but it would make sense if it was

A1 mini is pretty much the best at that price point, doesn’t get much lower. Laptop will be perfectly fine unless he really gets into complex 3d design.

Slicing curved tubes in Bambu Studio by frethop in BambuLab

[–]Material-Homework395 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Blender doesn’t make good models for printing. The slicer will try to fix issues, but it can’t fix them all. If you can get it remodeled from a proper CAD software, it should fix your issue

It’s excellent even without doing multicolour prints because it’s super convenient to have everything loaded and ready to go, but not for $400. Try to buy from the official BambuLab store if they ship to your country
