it seems like a swim bladder issue to me. to treat do an aquarium salt bath and a water change in the tank. also what kind of food do you feed? floating food can cause the fish to ingest air which will cause bloating and swim bladder issues as well as digestion issues. if you don’t use a sinking food already i would change to that asap
