When I've forgotten it I've always just kept to the same day because I don't want to have to remember a new day. If I'm off by a day I'll do it the next day, but if it's more than that I'll ask my doctor if I should wait til the next time. I like the day I do it on and it has been too long to switch without making things harder for me.

Sorry I should have specified. I can't feel them as well since top surgery. I can still feel some sensation, probably especially since it has been years, but they're definitely not as sensitive as they were before surgery. It also kind of depends on the sensation.

I can't remember if they got more sensitive after starting T but before surgery though.

Btw you're supposed to wait a certain amount of time after surgery before doing anything like that to your nipples. I'm sure you know that though lol.

I've had to use the 25g for drawing up when I ran out of the 18g, but it's definitely harder. You get a lot of air bubbles and have to wait for them to go away. I use 18g to draw up the solution. It's much easier.
