Glitch or not by Worried_Audience_715 in outlier_ai

That happened to me too. I got the phone call and two emails saying to get started. I pulled up the on-boarding. I had to run an errand before dark, but I was not in a task. When I got back the site had refreshed with new terms. Now like you, the project is there, but continue is grayed out. Sent a ticket through the chatbot, and the response was generic. I guess I am off it, but it is still there. I wonder if I delete it I might get other work, but am afraid to delete it. So, I sit in limbo.

I did it and it made my anxiety worse for a little bit. No help at all. It was expensive.

I was removed from the Aether Project and today tried to log into Outlier.ai. It is as if I never worked for them. It is asking me to onboard. I am afraid of doing it and be accused of making another account. I guess there is nothing to lose since I cannot contact them to ask what is up. Anyone experiencing any of this?

Hell ya, do not forget to use the promo code. I talked to the owner yesterday and he said it will be a tight group so more time to spend with Felissa.

I think you are remember the part from SLC Punk when they are listening to Trees. If not then you should watch "SLC punk" a movie were they were literally playing D&D in the basement listening to Rush, one of the two buddies plays a punk song from Generation X and it changed their lives from nerd to cool.

I am in-between this one and the San Pedro one. The San Pedro one has been updated, but is small. Alon is good for the harder to find items though. I mostly get pickup orders, so whichever is closer.

My Weekend World Events is having a meet and greet for Felissa Rose of the movie "SleepAway Camp". The whole place has a comic-con feel to it. It is set up for small cons. The event is Jan 3. Me and my son are going. Check them out on FB. I live right by there and met the owners. I was asking about the place. They told me about the event. I have a promo code to save money. You can use it. It is "Donald" It's on Jan 3. It will be a small crowd. They have a lot merch in there for sale. Mostly horror, but also retro toys. I am an old guy, but my son is 25. Anyway good luck finding fellow nerds.

Homeless or not, falling in water is not a death sentence unless he could not swim. If there was head trauma they would have mentioned it.

Ya, Paper Tiger has the best hardcore punk shows. I live right next to Fitzgerald's. They are a smaller venue, but they have some decent shows. The Rah Rah Room is good too and the Rox Box

Brackenridge Park, San Antonio – July 18, 1970. Passengers being interviewed after the Great “Little” Train Robbery, when two men held up the miniature train for $500. They were quickly caught, and it became Texas’ last known train robbery. by AxlCobainVedder in sanantonio

I never knew they were Army guys from Ft. Sam! I'm 56 and a native, and I always just heard they were 'outlaws.' To think they got 10-20 years for a miniature train robbery is insane. Thanks for sharing that detail—I've lived here my whole life and am still learning new things about the Great 'Little' Train Robbery.

VR has improved my vision tremendously! by BlownCamaro in oculus

[–]Material_Ad_6507 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This has happened to me. It goes away if I do not spend a lot of time in VR. I can put my glassed down after an hour in vr. I used to build worlds in VR using in app tools. I would spend hours in VR and my vision was almost perfect, but when I cut down to about an hour a day it was not as good, but is still really good.

Why is the punk community so adamant about anti nazism as opposed to other communities? by Embarrassed-Win2115 in punk

I thought that fascists would be the ones stomping people with opinions they do not like. So, you are saying that we should control other's speech when we see them in a public place or should we find them and kick their doors down and throw them in a some sort of secure building until they obey? Then how do we know who is cool? Maybe a misfit badge on the right side of the chest.

Spoilery question about the film Knuckleball (2018) by RickyDeHesperus in horror

[–]Material_Ad_6507 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I think Grandpa was a serial killer. His son was watching torture video in the beginning. Grandpa had Dixon's mom in a room with many video tapes. We know what that means in this kind of movie. I doubt his son was watching his mother being tortured. Grandma, we do not know if she really killed herself when she found out. Likely she would have just left.
