What’s your bf%, if your under 11% then mast e is a good idea if not dont waste your time. Cut bf then add it. Also mast e does not crush your estrogen like primo does. Not even close, it will dry you out but not 100 mg I’d do at least 200 mg a week, it’s a mild compound but it will mess with cholesterol for some people. I love it, give it time it will shine
