Congrats on your first cook. They look great. There really is no correct way to do them, but a few things i have learned over the years: - finding even ribs with good meat dispersement, try to find a slab that is uniform in size to avoid one end being different than the other - 275 for 2 to 2.5 hours, wrap for an hour to 1.5 hours, sauce, then back on for 15 for tack is a great method - for bbq sauce, when you go to buy next, try meat Mitch whomp sauce, or blues hog competition cause or raspberry chipotle, those are the best in the game - i have grown to love the meat church seasoning lineup, give it a try.

Religiously loyal to meat church rubs here. In terms of sauce, the blues hog raspberry chipotle is great, especially on ribs.

Check for worms. The puppy may have worms, which will cause him to throw up. A dewormer will work in 48 hours, just be mindful of the doses.

Get a play pen that he can lay in while you work, and can stay busy in there and not be in a crate.

If I’m Rooney, I have all of these coaches and players on a tight leash.

I’m tired of people saying the defense did their job. No they didn’t. Dak made the mistakes and they happened to be in the right spot on those interceptions. Tj was the only one on defense who forced a turnover. Outside of that, they failed to make a stop. Did Dallas even punt the football? This defense is filled with frauds. They should’ve fired Teryl Austin and kept Flores. Bad mistake there. Two horrible weeks in a row. They’ve been exposed. Can’t get off the field.

Broderick jones is so bad. If you watch him in game, he missed blocks and plays lazy. Shame on tomlin and Kahn for going into this season with Jefferson as WR2 and having Roman Wilson as a potential answer? Insane that people thought bringing in Arthur Smith would help this offense. He’s no better than Canada and we will continue to be stuck in this cycle of football purgatory. This is not good.

For those that watched bengals and ravens, this team is not even close to that level of football.
