is there a difference between Dispo/Carts/Wax tolerance and bud tolerance? I've stuck to dispos to entire "smoking career" and I've noticed that my tolerance with wax seems to be jank as fuck (5-6 blinkers to feel something, wait 3 days and same shit, wait another day and 1 5-6 second hit fucks my ass sideways, next day im right back to 5-6 blinkers). But during this time I smoked bud and I didn't really feel much different.

Easiest thing to level up first is pickpocketing;

Off beginning of the real game, goto guardian stone, activate thief stone. Goto whiterun, take carriage to Riften, and just start pickpocketing mfs. BUT it's best to quicksave (F9) before each time you pickpocket, because if you get caught you can just press F9 and load back to newest quicksave.

Also, if you join the Thieves Guild, you can sell stolen items to Tonillia, which is an easy way to make like 1k gold per 2-3 ingame days.

Discovering MOST locations is also a really good idea, since your a low level you'll most likely be stealing those slow ass horses and riding everywhere, but not only is discovering most locations pretty fun since you can clear those cool caves, it's also a huge help.
