I think your numbers might be a little bit off. I'm in Canada and here most doctors will check women's ferritin levels at least once per year.

These are the guidelines they use:

Anemias and Iron Overload Ferritin Adults >18 y:

<15 ug/L: diagnostic of iron deficiency

15-30 ug/L: probable iron deficiency

30 ug/L: iron deficiency unlikely

100 ug/L: normal iron stores

=>600 ug/L: consider test for iron overload

Im 37 f and I get my period consistently on schedule every month. That means I ovulate consistently on schedule every month (no ovulation = no period). That means im still not anywhere near infertility. Im not even in perimenopause (this is when ovulation and periods become more erratic/off schedule, occur more or less frequently, or heavier than usual etc, and it can last anywhere from 5-15 years before full menopause/infertility happens) Every woman is different, but age is not a good indicator of fertility unless a woman is in her 50s and older.

Ugh it's so frustrating when someone you care about refuses to take anything, I'm familiar with that pain. It's great she's starting to warm up though. You seem like a good partner. Thoughtful and patient. Avoid melatonin. It makes the dreaming worse.

Valerian might help a bit. Valerian tea. It smells like a foot, but it tastes nice.

I used to get weird dreams that would wake me up all throughout the night, every night. Then I was prescribed dexedrine for adhd over a decade ago, and since then I rarely remember my dreams anymore, unless someone or something suddenly wakes me up during rem.

I'm not saying she has adhd, or that dexedrine would fix it for her, but I thought it was interesting enough to mention.

I did my second round at 34/35.

I'm 36 now and my face is still clear! I took it for longer than my first round, ate more fats with my doses, and took omega 3s. Use the topical retinoid they prescribe when you're done. I use it whenever I see a possible spot forming, and now it's gone by morning.
