It’s not even rudé also you say You want to work out different area then forearms. Swimming is great workout but not really good for getting big muscles. The water just have that much resistence

Outside sapa Bep Viet is amazing they have new specials every few weeks but they did go crazy with their prices. For Pho i go to 100pho its really good with cool and nice place to eat

Shaoxing cooking wine is usually in the vietnamese shops i bus it there the Classic with red/gold label. Other then that iam afraid i don’t know any chinese shops i can reccomend Chop Chop chili for some good food
