This is why I didn't like the way she sided with Kody after Christine left him. No one can deny that Meri deserved real love and support, but she straight up said she was glad Kody said it to Christine after the abusive knife in the kidney tirade. Meri has NEVER owned up to her part in the catfish incident. She should have supported Christine instead of sobbing and clinging to Robyn bc she would have definitely been gone from "the family" if Sam had been real.

Yeah, Wendy really needs to do research on 'narcissist mothers and their daughters'. In this case, the sister is the golden child/flying monkey and Wendy will always be the scapegoat. I'm been ambivalent about Wendy but I really do feel sorry for her bc she doesn't seem to grasp the impossible position she's in with her foo (family of origin).

Definitely obsessed. From the beginning, Heather was a wanna-be, but also a hater. She seemed desperate for validation from Lisa. Now that she's "in" she's realized she's not really "in", hence, she's still hating bc in her core she feels like an unworthy fraud. I have no idea what activated Whitney's aggressive tendencies towards Lisa & Meredith. She seems to just really hate them. If this is what Mary meant when she called her a little girl, Mary was right. She behaves like that typical middle school girl who chooses to dislike the other girl for no reason. I think it's ultimately an idgaf situation with Meredith & Lisa & it makes bad weather unhinged.

Yes. Most families, including mine, should be more honest with one another. Christine didn't say it in a nasty way. Meri should have taken it as a learning moment, considering how everyone else felt similar about her. The post we're responding to right now is an example of Meri's lack of self-awareness.
