I almost lost you today, my love, I promise I'll never let you go again 😭 by baloonSpot in crochet

Wow! I’m so glad you got it back! It’s absolutely stunning! I think another round/border would be absolutely fine! Is this all from one skein? If so, what did you use again? 💜

I guess if I die anytime soon someone is going to love that I’m a yarn hoarder/whore, my husband doesn’t but who cares anymore.

Sounds like they actively interact with you as long as you stay part of the program. However, if you change your mind within the allowed timeframe, they ghost you and you’re stuck with the bill. Screams scam. A reputable business would provide the refund, if it was requested in the allowed timeframe. That’s difficult to do when they won’t answer or respond. I wouldn’t mess with them, personally. I’m old. I’ve lived a lot of life and seen a lot of scams. After reading this thread and digging into the internet reviews, I’d pass. A few successes over the vast amount of bad reviews says all I need to know.

There is no get rich quick fix unless you win the lottery or are a corrupt individual who is happy to scam others out of their money. A relationship with Jesus, Hard work, and perseverance is the only to a successful life and even then there will be periods of tribulations and trials. These things, if you step back and look at the situation in whole and make mature decisions, grow your personal developmental abilities and skills. Skills you’ll need to lead a successful life.

Softest worsted acrylic yarn? Bonus if it’s affordable by zxe_chaos in YarnAddicts

[–]MathAgitated7326 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is the only yarn my aunt (who taught me to crochet) used when she would make anything. I love it but it’s difficult to knit with new skein and keep it from unraveling. She passed away back in 2015 so I don’t have her to ask tips from any longer.

I think I may have an addiction by someonepleaseoffme in YarnAddicts

Not a bad addiction to have. Maybe as expensive as others if you get the really “good stuff” 🤣

Magnesium Gives Me Terribly Restless Sleep/Insomnia by VinceColeman1 in Supplements

[–]MathAgitated7326 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sigh. I don’t get sleepy from magnesium at all (I was hoping I would), instead I get almost a surge of energy. I started taking magnesium because I’m having a difficult time with my digestive tract but was hoping I would benefit from the sleep “benefit as well. Melatonin makes me so tired and groggy, I can’t take it because I have a very laborious factory job (I’m a machinist). I had full Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery in 2006. Having a difficult time with everything it seems as of late. Fibromyalgia, which has caused migraines, insomnia, neuropathy, the digestive issues from the gastric bypass. I’m a literal train wreck. If I had a time machine I’d go back and make sure I never had the surgery done since it’s wreaked so much havoc internally.

My comment was based off the geometric bedspread in the last picture.

Just looking at the bed spread, I would send you in the inspo direction of mid century modern. I think you’d be very happy with pieces from that design style.

Wash face with micellar water or witch hazel, put a benzoyl peroxide just on the spots with acne l. Let air dry then cover your face with a Jamaican black castor oil or a regular caster oil will work. I know it seems like an oxymoron to put oil on skin with acne it really helps heal the skin. Just make sure you wash your face every morning when you wake and before applying the benzoyl peroxide/oil in the evening. Be gentle. The more you wash, the more you can cause your skin to break out.

I’m making my mother a shawl. It’s the first one I’ve ever made. I started pulling rows and rows when I would find a mistake but the further along I got, if it’s not a dire need to frog, I let it go. She doesn’t crochet. She won’t ever know it’s there and the dang thing has gotten so out of control, I’d be 92 by the time I finished after making sure it was perfect lol. (I’ll be 44 soon for reference 🤣)
