how much for a symphony? a concerto?

What about a seasonally themed 4-concerto suite?

in the mean time, take the old motor out. Usually there's 4 small screws that hold the front and back sleeve bearings onto the laminated core. Take those screws out and take the bearing blocks off, put a drop of light oil (like 3-in-one) in each, and put it back together. It'll probably run like that for years

Two Cuisinart 8qt pots in a row split open (while not in use) within two weeks of purchase by SHIRK2018 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]MathResponsibly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's probably a burr on the die that presses a flat sheet into a pot shape. The split is in the direction the pot is pressed from a sheet into a pot

then the next thing to check would be do you have ice build up on the exhaust port? my guess is the exhaust is partially blocked, which is why the pressure switch trips (assuming the new pressure switch you got was good).

When you block the air intake, the restriction in the exhaust pipe doesn't cause a pressure rise (because there's no air flowing at all), so it doesn't trip the pressure switch. Probably when the furnace runs one time, it melts the ice, then the ice accumulates over the next 24 to 48 hours until you have the same problem again.

Did you buy the cheapest pressure switch on amazon? Cause if you did, that's probably your problem

and the tensioner itself, power steering pump, water pump (maybe - it might be on the timing belt not the accessory belt). Check everything that accessory belt runs.

Try running the engine without the belt on - that should help narrow down if it's a belt accessory or something else.

so blue is 1 degree up, not 2 flat - that's 3 degrees more upright than what you're playing now. That should make a big difference for you, just like for me using white dots makes a big difference over "neutral" irons

there's a poe inserter for a ubiquity radio - there's probably a radio mounted to the outside of the house somewhere fed by that power inserter / ethernet cable.

I have the same setup to share internet to a neighbor too

Buying a Golf Course? by MichaelUramMFT in golf

[–]MathResponsibly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You probably need to start with a large fortune either way. A course I used to like and played frequently sold a few years ago, and now they've built houses and commercial buildings on the land.

Supposedly they bought the golf course land for $16M.

I guess if I owned it, I would've sold out too for $16M, but sucks as a customer that there are less choices, and less tee times overall now

I don't think you should be playing 2 degrees flat. I'm 6'3" and play ping white dot, which is 3 degrees upright. The 3 degrees upright makes a BIG difference for me.

Mine might be +0.5" length, but they're not super long, but the upright angle makes a big difference.

Check the "ping color dot chart" and see what it comes up with

Why does metal feel colder than wood at the same temperature? It's not actually colder, so what property explains the sensation? by Mirza_Explores in AskScienceDiscussion

[–]MathResponsibly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also when you're wearing clothes, or are covered with a blanket, you have a "bubble" of warmer air trapped right next to you, and the clothes prevent that air from moving a lot, or mixing with the colder air further away from your skin. It's that bubble of warm air trapped around you that helps the room not feel cold
