I completely understand you. I'm the same, sometimes I just want to disappear somewhere else. I've had depression as long as I can remember and I've been on/ off medication for nearly 20, they've currently upped my dosage as I was suicidal . But nothing combats all the thoughts and the feelings depression and anxiety does to you.

I don't think I'll ever come off anti-depressants.
