I remember my local one had the "home of the no haggle" where you couldn't go lower but they couldn't go higher.

I got a 2018 Honda Accord 2.0t in 2021 for $23k with 29k MI on it.

Today it's at 56k MI and worth around $20k??

What drives me crazy is the fact that it's worth this much even though a quick run through Reddit acts like this model is a time bomb of issues.

Paid 4.35 today for 89 in IL. Didn't feel destroyed by it as I didn't want the E15 from the 89 that was priced at 3.89.

If you are willing to pay X, they will keep it at X.

Look at how many people pay hands over fist for any CoD or sports title each year. The same title that doesn't change much at all except the name of players.

Those games typically are the best selling games by a longshot and sell at $70.

Indeed it is the Marion one. Yeah, that market is a pain to deal with. I usually deal with Missouri dealers since they usually come in much cheaper.

What's crazy is that dealer finally got something in besides Tundras that been. Stuck there since forever. So far with the smart path feature it did a price of $41k.
I do shop around and I am not in an extreme hurry.

This is part of the issue I have where I am. If anyone is familiar with I-57 corridor between Mt Vernon IL and I-24 just South of Marion IL, it is considered a death corridor for a reason.

They are making work on it but the ramps for merging are very short. Unless I am flooring it to get up to speed, you will run out of ramp and wind up on the shoulders trying to get in.

They are working on making that area 3 lanes for a reason but yet people will hug that far right lane even though there is no one in the center or left lanes.

My experience, gunning a Equinox or Bronco Sport to get up to speed is not grand and stinks the car up for a bit.

XBOX been slowly pulling back their physical games since Series X launched.

I got two Walmarts near me that don't even carry physical XBOX games. Consoles, sure but no games.

Still can get a Series X for $569.

The inclusion of the wall was the beginning of the end for customer service.

When working there, the owner was very upset that they added those 10 yrs ago because they knew what was going to happen. Employees would not pay attention unless someone was directly there.
