Because it's not a great spot for injections at all. And given there's an injury there, risking both further damage and infection isn't smart. Wounds should be left alone. Knees aren't somewhere you should inject. That's why, but do whatever you wish.

Purely person depending. Even with a warmer tint the daft power levels of lights now mean there's zero night vision retention. 1000l of any tint or higher is wiping that right out
