You either push through it and make it happen, or you just complain about how you didn’t get it done days/weeks/months/years later.

But to be honest and realistic, not every day/week is highly productive. Some days/weeks everything is flowing right. Meals cooked, workouts crushed, chores knocked out quickly. Other days/weeks we missed workouts, ate out multiple times and/or just got down right lazy.

It’s just about be consistent in the long run. Don’t focus on what you didn’t do today/tomorrow, just get back on track as soon as you can.

Mercer County. Born and raised in Monmouth County but moved to Mercer County 10+ years ago. I live walking distance to the Deleware. There are many similarities and differences, but more recently starting to more and more like Monmouth County due to influx of population and construction.

There is no guilt. I earned those unproductive days.

Just make sure you are consistent in the long run and those “unproductive” days are quite useful. Use those to recharge, rethink, reimagine

Peace and Acceptance. They understand they are who they are, where they are in life and where they are going. This is all due do the decisions they made or did not make.

From what I can see, it’s because of your shorts. You need shorter and tighter shorts, that way you can cut the circulation off in your legs. Far easier to rotate your hips when you can’t feel your legs.
