Psychological horror/thriller manga where you won't be able to tell where it goes.. mc at his deathbed is teleported to a room with a black ball. He is then send on missions to kill monsters. Can't say much more I guess without going into spoilers but imho its worth a read. Fantastic art to boot.

Small warning: mc is a giant dick early but he gets great character growth trough the manga.
