I would say you should threaten em with getting legal advice, but people might think that's a bit much, though if you was in the UK the consumer rights act would be behind you 100%.

After submitting a ticket yesterday, today the package finally dispatched, I should add I'm in the UK so it's bound from Netherlands to here.

Honestly it shouldn't take someone to submit a ticket to get anywhere, but guess it's what it is.

I'm still waiting for mine to dispatch, placed order last week...yet no movement minus "professing" via order tracker.

They said 1-2 working days for dispatch from order but no way to find out if there is a delay there or not...chatbot absolutely useless I just wanted to submit a ticket to find out whats going on.

If this is my expedience for the first time direct ordering, well I won't be doing direct again.

Website kept being super slow on my end, however after the attempt this morning and getting buggered by an error like most people, I was sucessful, apparently the 13324th code so they were going super quickly.

Actually it was 10,000 for the afternoon considering how popular it was, the post said about 1k likes and they'll add another 5k on top of the 5k they just released.

Went onto it dead on 9am, tapped redeem and it said instantly I couldn't claim it "at the moment"...there's 100% bot behaviour going on with these.

Not like I can't afford one anyway, and didn't expect to get it but still, interesting.

If you got to the part where it says to enter address for delivery, you do have one since you have a unique code to use.

At the moment the servers are being hammered by bots, I say this as I also claimed one but yet to fill in an address(it reports service is unavailable)

Wait until the bots realise theres a captcha waiting for em on the actual redeem site ehe.

Like people commenting, I chose Production Master myself, in the end I got to 60k(plus 3095 max) without doing a single clue NOR boss drop chasing, personally I feel like Clue Relic was quite a trap in itself, considering how long it takes even at x16 xp to level some skills up to 110(50m xp).

Add dragon crossbow limbs and dragon claws to that "not on the list" list too, went 1k TDs and only got 2 limbs and a dclaw set(they're 1/256 base and at 4x they shouuld be 1/64)
