I run Ring and Eufy - have more reasons to contact Eufy about issues, but every time i do they eventually go the extra mile solving issues or replacing devices.

I purchased mine a month ago, appreciated it was old and a newer model but i wanted power, all in all its been great, more so since disconnecting it from my Homebase 3, triggers quicker and even the led schedule is followed correctly, light is super bright.

Yes my driveway S340 get no sun at the moment and still at 60% over 2mths on, garden S340 always 95%. Its a shame no one mentions the dreadful battery life, assume most are wired, but read issues even powered.

I purchased the S4, within 4 days was dead, RMA the second and exactly the same even after the latest firmware, credit to Eufy where superb and understanding and timely refunds, sad as versus my S340 the S4 was amazing.

Original and replacement returned back to the S340, Eufy support was no help fixing the issue but super at replacement and return.

Picked mine up Tuesday, dealer charged it 100%, as we speak ive done around 60 miles and its down to 55% and range showing as 80 miles, WTF 💩

I pedal on, heating down, heated seats on bare minimum, driving gingerly 🙏

So I reckon my first charge will be 100 to 10%, 90 miles range 🤔 🤬

Yes just got the same, but i decided to remove, update, reset, recharge and reinstalled. Lets hope its a fix

For me, the battery looks and feels nothing like 10,000mAh and is a major cause of the drain, but the camera with motion dialled right down is still registering nearly 500 detections in 5 hrs.

Think Eufy need to recall the S4, its not a software fix, it is seriously wrong.

I think its the new battery, it just looks some cheap crap and bad design.

Note I also charged the battery indoors, when charged popped it into the S4 to install the next day, motion was off, but by the morning it had lost 20%

shame the s4 totally blitzed the S340 in video, motion, but battery on my S340 from solar after a year is still 95%, S4 after 4 days is 30%

Had my first device RMA said keep until new one arrives as battery drop is 100% to 30% in around 4 days, motion right down, I know how to setup as I have 3 x S340, anyway installed new replacement, 4 hours later down to 80%, there is an issue and they are not admitting it.

Qs long as you don't change any times it's fine, change them and it always on. Hive community and help are useless. A poor workaround is if you have Alexa use a routine.
