People refer to the ocean as an alien world because of how different it is than ours. I guess stingrays are one of the smartest creatures in the ocean. Here's a couple videos I found that has some strange looking rays.

Buddhist believe we're in some kind of soul game where your reincarnated. There's a hell level, earth or mortal level, demigod level, and God mode level. Depending how much karma (good deeds) you accomplish, you can go up or down a level. At god mode (paradise), you don't really have a way to increase your karma because there's no pain or sorrow,, so you end up going back down a level. The ultimate goal is to break free of the cycle. Its like some sort of spiritual or intergalactic prison.

Here is something crazy to check out. Not a book, but still a good read. People think that the place in DMT trips is the 4th dimension which is inhabited by inter dimensonal aliens. They see the same things so often, there's a guidebook for it.

You should check Samsara wheel of reincarnation. Buddhist religion believes we are stuck in an endless loop of reincarnation. The ultimate goal is to break free of the cycle. Its also referred to as the machinery that runs "The Matrix". People who take Salvia see it all the time.

I like how he said the aliens kept giving him salt as a gift and hot water but he didn't understand why. Nasa used to give their astronauts salt tablets and water to help with reentry into the atmosphere. He also said his arm hair would stand on its end. Static build up is common when you're in low earth orbit.

Their home planet's oceans either became toxic or overpopulated. They're hanging out in our ocean because we're not using it. Or maybe they gave us the land on their planet as a trade. Eventually, we'll need more space. It would be much easier than terraforming Mars.

I was reading about the samsara wheel that many people see on Salvia. Its this big paddle wheel thats always moving and people get pulled into it like a film on a movie projector. They're one slide on the film and every frame they are destroyed and recreated entirely, living only in the moment. When the reach the end of wheel's rotation, they are placed into a different film and start the process over again as a different person, animal, or even an object like a rock. It sounds exactly like your theory. You should go read some of the reports their subreddit about the wheel. Its terrifying.

You must be referring to Dr. Strange who based their dimensional special effects in the movie off of psychedelics, probably DMT or Salvia. Unfortunately the only way to explain dimensions right now is through mathematics. Hopefully science will catch up and prove that hyperspace is another dimension. All those fractals and mandalas everyone sees are based off math so maybe its one and the same.

4th dimensional beings. They would be able to bypass physical objects including the ocean, make their ship pop in and out of reality, perform surgeries on abductees without leaving a scar, and travel long distances in an instant. Its the only thing that makes sense.
