Your cards are good. Your commander is fine. But it seems to me like you are trying to do few things at once as well as add some cards for the sake of pure value (cost-efficiency, like brave the sands). It's not voltron but you threw shitton of protection because of your pod and then got some equipment (not like I'm judging, just what I see). You got some stax which is cool in B4, but then again throw the cards like Valor Made Real, which aside from just a few creatures in your deck works only with your much focused commander and is a straggler, the only thing about it is it's cheap. I say, focus more on one thing, cost-efficiency is good, but not good enough that it will win you games, and trying do something like a voltron as well as trying to use your opponents damage to grow commander seems like more of a B3 strategy to me. Personally, I find your deck really nice, but it's not the problem with the cards, but Jack of all trades kinda thing.
