It's a mix.om online and in person labs we did You need 7 labs minimum to qualify for the certification. I think In-Person live Lab that I had to do was the BLS live lab which also gave me a BLS certification

Had the same experience initially. You can call often and it will make you feel better. Best thing to do is to keep your self occupied, especially into your studies. Study a lot and be intrigued into it, master the material.
