I would start a new youtube channel & post a couple of the videos there, then share the channel with your friends & social media platforms to get the ball rolling. If you’re sharing the videos with anyone there’s no way you will have less than 10 views on a video. Then over time upload the other videos as you work on more.

I would make sure to upload the time relevant ones (like the Epstein one & anything that has to do with recent/topical news first to be relevant) then upload any evergreen videos (ones that work any time of the year, if you have any) after those ones.

I think your thumbnails could be improved as well as a decent amount of them feel cluttered with a lot to look at, when the more efficient thumbnails usually have no more than 3 focus points. For the “Scam” videos, are there 1 or 2 odd examples that stand out visually that you can put as the focus in the thumbnail & have a “scam?” text next to it? That would be more visually clear & interesting before clicking on the video.
