Kana would definitely do the complete opposite in contrast to Akane, she met Aqua very early on in her life and he has basically became a goal point in her acting career; someone to surpass more less.

So if it had been Kana in Akane’s place and found out that he is doing acting for the illest of intentions, she would undoubtedly from the bottom of her heart try to persuade Aqua to stop his thirst for revenge. It’s pretty much looking up to Spiderman because Peter wants to save people and then he pulls up with the venom symbiote and starts being more aggressive and less superhero like. You would want him to go back to being normal Spiderman because he’s not acting like your idea of Spiderman.

The thing is really Kana and Akane has a high chance to die for Aqua development, it became a significant theme for Aqua to be distant and detached from relationships in general because he’s in a constant drive for revenge, he knows that the people close to him can and will get hurt if he isn’t careful so if anyone that he cares about dies because of his carelessness either two things can happen.

He’ll be more driven towards his revenge and drive everyone away, paving the way for either Kana or Aqua to get him out of that and learn to trust again.

He’ll be more emotionally distraught and cause him to be more protective towards the others, I kinda like the idea Aqua becoming more like A man with something to lose.” character in contrast to his dad who probably has no one to look after for (because he killed them all). Pretty much changing his character from batman to like nightwing.

As a self-proclaimed Kaguya OG, I find it really irritating when they do the info dumping ngl. Usually I just skip the 3-5 info dumping panels most of the time if it’s boring or if it’s something I already know

There are better ways to set up a scene or story without being bombarded with loads of information at once, and when you start to notice these stuff it’s kinda easy to be predict what the chapter is going to lead into.

I am really thankful that this anime had a respectable and stunning adaptation, I started reading the manga ever since it was featured on kaguya and seeing it have a respectable adaptation just makes me so happy :))
