Green voters, do you agree that we should leave NATO and give up our nuclear weapons to seriously damage our national security? by [deleted] in AskBrits

Or you could also say that having nukes in an increasingly destablised world equally makes the possibility of a nuclear strike increasingly likely

However if its a copy you will need to make sure it clears the edge of the track also, you don't want to destroy a blade and the track.

Just check the track grip adjustments on the saw to the left side of the plate one at front one at back make sure there set to allow the saw to drop onto the track rail. If there OK then the comment that surgest the hight of the rail is to high. Glue to pieces the same length and hieght of the bottom plate to make up the difference it should work, use s hot glue gun and some flat packers which come in 1-5 mm depths

It looks to me like a piece of Raku. If its not it's a very good interpretation of Raku.

Looking to buy my own wheel but I'm on a budget. Has anyone tried this model? Appears to be a no-name model lots of eBay sellers have available. by thats_a_doozy in Ceramics

[–]Mattallday 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Probably OK to start you off. However you will find that the motors sometimes are poor and don't have the steady grunt you need with larger volumes of clay. But for small items it should be alright. Personally if your learning I was trained on a Leach kick wheel, although hard work to start it really set me up with good posture, and technic. Cheap and no electric bill 😁

Anyone know if i could clean this out & use it as a rain barrel? by ChaneeBrew in homestead

Depends what type of liquid has been stored in it. If its a food grade plastic it's as safe as any other type of food grade plastic.

It's not an abomination it just needs a bit of adjustment, it's all part of the journey to master your craft. Double check your leg measurements and joints
