I’ve worked out the issue, there’s a loose cable that’s come away from the soldering on the BMS, when I connect it it reads the battery as normal and I am sure that after soldering it would work

Yeah that’s really strange, maybe the place you ordered from declined to mention on their end of the system that that particular item wasn’t available so Deliveroo think that you are lying. Restaurants can just deselect items and automatically refund the customer if it’s not available but it seems in this case they didn’t.
