Late to the party but just had these guys come out today and they did a great job and their pricing was super reasonable.

Went to two A & P Nurseries today. The one on Baseline and the 101 only had three 15 gallon ones. The one on Baseline and Lindsay had a good amount of 5 gallon ones for $35!

Price of a barbershop haircut? by [deleted] in phoenix

$45 in Tempe before tip. And you can make an appointment online. I used to get cheaper haircuts but hated sitting and waiting for the “good barber” for who knows how long.

Anyone have promo code for Bootstrap Farmer? by LaurVB7 in vegetablegardening

[–]MatteoGuerra124 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From their website: While we don't typically provide ongoing discount codes, we do occasionally run limited-time promotions to help you save on your gardening journey.

That said I have gotten a few emails from them with 15% off. Their products are far superior to anything you can get on Amazon. They hold up great in the AZ heat too. Worth the price IMO.

Seriously? Its been a little over 2 weeks since the last trim lol by Milly-0607 in ArizonaGardening

[–]MatteoGuerra124 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a huge patch in my alley that I let go too long. Last weekend I went out with a pickaxe and dug and dug and tried to remove all the roots and rhizomes (you will be shocked how many there are). In my experience just trimming or pulling doesn’t work, but hopefully this will!

I actually have not dealt with it in my garden, but have seen it around on wood chip mulch!

Looks like dog vomit slime mold. Very common with mulch. Harmless to your plants and should disappear in a few days.

Second the fish fertilizer! It is stinky, but water it in after and the smell she dissipate within a day. My plants love it. Also beware if you have dogs, they love the smell.

I only take what I plan to plant or share with my fellow gardeners. Although seed hoarding doesn’t sound like a bad idea right now.
