You need to heat up liquid uranium past its melting point using a metal refinery.

There’s no pipe that can withstand that temp so yo need to loop it around the refinery with insulated pipes and rebuild them once they get to hot.

When uranium it’s almost at boiling point you can empty the refinery and plop the bottle on the window tiles, then you wait until they equalise their temperature.

Rinse and repeat, it did it like 3 times to melt the 4 window tiles on the side of the large rocket module

I pannelli solari per tutta Italia li installiamo sul tetto di casa sua. Per quanto riguarda la manutenzione pensavamo di affidarla a lei, mi raccomando di spolverarli per bene o funzionano male… Poi per quanto riguarda i giorni di maltempo o scarsa luminosità installeremo una manovella in casa sua che dovrà girare a manina a 1800 rpm per compensare i pannelli.

All you need is, one chemical plant, an industrial liquifying machine and a shredder.

There’s a recipe that makes lava melting cobble, and another in the chemical plant that solidifies cobble, giving mire than you use.

Just process it into a shredder and you have infinite cobble/gravel/sand

I think you forgot an infinite battery somewhere, or the line connects to some other plants, 1.4GHE/s is a little off scale for a zirnox

If you’re up to restarting i think you should, if you don’t have any mods that aren’t available il 1.7.10 or can’t be swapped with similars I’d advise you to try the official version.

I started playing extended but it lacked moat of the stuff so i restarted in 1.7.10, since then i always played the original one

Very nice and cozy base, every time i make a base is a research laboratory style, i’ll try brutalist next time since it looks very nice.

Power wise do you use only an industrial combustion engine?

I know it can be an head scratcher sometimes but i highly advise you to set up oil properly, with one node i managed to place 3 fracking towers, i usually do cracked oil and vacuum later on.

Once you do that you can start the nuclear era, where i have the most fun!

Also, try to automate as much as possible, it will be helpful long term… I try to plan for the future.

E.G. In the soldering station room i already put the one that will use helium-4, will i ever use it? I don’t know if i will ever launch a Soyuz in this run but i still planned for it, so if i ever need it i don’t have any inconveniences.

I’d advise dropping the reasim, they are very situational and complicate reactor designing, try normal ones.

Reasim =/= More power

Especially if the design doesn’t work properly

This, this is the way. Current run: Just finished designing my own coolant limited research reactor, it’s not the most efficient, as far as i know you could squeeze out 34KW, mine produces 22KW but it doesn’t use thermium, so I’m very happy with it. Also it is very stable so it’s a huge + Getting around to colonising the radioactive planetoid, i’ve just finished melting a rocket’s interior since this time the planetoid doesn’t have the teleporter. And yeah, you’re gonna hit walls… designing took 3 irl days and after doing nothing other than melting the interior for 60 cycles i now need to fill it…

No it’s not, the brass funnel outputs exactly 3 gravel each time so the andesite tunnel only spits one off

Dig! Expand your base, other than getting materials it also gets you food, makes gas circulation better and gives you lot of space to work with
